With interviews from director Alejandro G. Iñárritu and Leonardio DiCaprio, A World Unseen is a documentary that chronicles the visionary filmmaking of The Revenant while further illuminating the parallels between this historical tale and the modern day realities of climate change and resource consumption.

It’s a rare honor to work in such close proximity to a high-profile film, let alone one that wins Best Picture at the Oscars. 'A World Unseen' was released a few weeks prior to 'The Revenant’s' premiere and showcased then-unreleased portions of the movie along with footage from the set. But this look 'behind-the-scenes' had a bigger objective: to raise climate awareness and speak directly to the crises through profiles of the film’s indigenous actors. Assembling this narrative, along with my brother, Christopher, guidance from Revenant editor Stephen Mirrione, and the vision of Eliot Rausch, was an incredible experience.
